Dec 31, 2023 · Hey all, I purchased my glorious model O 2 from BestBuy a month ago now and already am finding major issues. Ran as admin the firmware update but it is stuck on "waiting". And once I returned home I was happy to have a new mouse awaiting me, but once I plugged it into my PC for the first time, the RGB Model O Disconnecting and Recconecting for the 2ND TIME! I have had this problem before but then i bought a cable from the glorious pc gaming race website and now it has started disconnecting and reconnecting. The lights to office, windows indicates the nose is unplugged Posting to see from others if this issue is happening to you too? Maybe it's a physical thing (connectors worked loose inside of mouse). Nothing else seems to reconnect like this, my USB keyboard has never once cut out like the mouse does and neither have any of the other devices I have connected (webcam, USB hub, various devices sometimes connected through USB cables, and IR receiver for windows Media Center remote). my model o is disconnecting and reconnecting every couple seconds, and after a while it just stops working, does this mean it's dead?
