Abstract: The material handling vehicles usually take more time to adjust its position, and unload at the exact location. Design a quick lifting jack in which new gear arrangement can be used. Lifting Mechanism: The system employs a lifting mechanism, which can vary widely depending on the application. This article aims to present a novel framework for automating the optimal design of vertical lift modules (VLMs), focusing on tray types, quantities, and item-tray sector assignments, based on a specified inventory list. And then, under the constraints of this mechanism, the mobility of the fork and fork frame is investigated in theory.
